A new constructed cycle route along Brighton Way, between the Brighton Way roundabout and Sullivan Road was completed early April 2022. Converts date format for news, from string to Date

Hampshire County Council (HCC) and Basingstoke and Deane Borough (BDBC) want to invest in sustainable transport measures, including walking and cycling. A Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) helps identify priority walking areas and cycling routes for investment.

We collaborated with local people such as cycling groups, schools, councillors, community groups and members of the public, and we want to hear from you to continue shaping the plan.
