<p>The proposed cycle route will link the new Manydown residential development with Basingstoke Town Centre via Winklebury. This aims to provide a high quality cycle route that aims to maximise the number of people cycling to / from Manydown. Hampshire County Council (HCC) and Basingstoke and Deane Borough (BDBC) want to invest in sustainable transport measures, including walking and cycling. A Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) helps identify priority walking areas and cycling routes for investment.

We collaborated with local people such as cycling groups, schools, councillors, community groups and members of the public, and we want to hear from you to continue shaping the plan.
